2. Print out the volunteer background release form below, fill it out, and bring to the volunteer orientation.

Paper Application:

Print the three attached files below and complete and mail them to:  Ruth Rodriguez, Hubbs Center, 1030 University Ave. W., St. Paul, MN  55104. You may also bring these forms (filled out) with you to the next volunteer orientation.

Volunteer Orientations:

Orientation to the Hubbs Center and its programs is a prerequisite for volunteering with the Center. You will learn more about the program and volunteer opportunities, tour the center, learn about additional training opportunities, and complete the application process. If you are unable to attend a scheduled orientation, call for an appointment.
