DOMESTIC ABUSE

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

If you or someone you know is living in an abusive environment, there are people who will help you.
You have the right and you deserve to be safe in your own home.

 


Get Safely Out of a Domestic Abuse Situation

If you live in St. Paul or Ramsey County:  

 

 

If you live in Minneapolis or Hennepin County:

 

  • Call the Domestic Abuse Service Center at 612-348-5073
  • Phone line is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Or visit their office in-person in the lower level of the Hennepin County Government Center
  • Interpreters are available through the County Attorney's office
  • They can provide info, referrals, and help file an OFP (Order For Protection 'restraining order')
