County Financial Assistance Programs
- Programs include Cash and Emergency Assistance, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medical, and Childcare Assistance
- Application process requires recipients to show proof of identity and income eligibility
- Application is available in multiple languages and interpreters are available upon request
- Ramsey County financial assistance programs
- Hennepin County financial assistance programs

St. Paul Emergency Rent Assistance
- Financial assistance paying for rent, St. Paul residents only
WIC - Women, Infants, and Children Assistance Program
- Nutrition program for pregnant and nursing families with children up to age 5
- The application is submitted through the county of residence
- Ramsey County WIC program
- Hennepin County WIC program
