WellShare Home Visiting, Oromo & Somali

• Maternal and child support for Somali and Oromo families in the seven-county metro region.
• Focuses on early childhood development, systems navigation, goal setting, referrals to community supports, and health education.
• Pregnant and parenting people with children up to age three are eligible for the program.
• The program is free of cost and provides items like children's books, diapers, toys, and other larger items as we can.
